Chris Bray


Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (SMSF Specialist) and a Chartered Tax Advisor.

He holds both Commerce and Computer Science degrees from the University of Adelaide and has been a Director of Bray Chan since 2006.

He particularly enjoys assisting clients to structure businesses and investments to achieve tax efficiency and asset protection.

Utilising his technology background, he also assists clients in relation to the development of efficient accounting systems, particularly in relation to Cloud based technologies.

Chris’ primary areas of expertise include;

Chris is married with four children and has a particular interest in food and wine.


Wee Chan


Wee Keat is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Chartered Tax Advisor. Wee Keat joined the firm in 1990 and has been a partner since 1995.

His primary areas of expertise include negotiations, tax planning, management consulting, family law/separation support and international tax. He has significant experience consulting to clients in the manufacturing, fashion, professional and medical services industries. Wee is a Board member of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Wee Keat has an extensive network of business contacts and investors in the South East Asian region. He was instrumental in the establishment of manufacturing facilities and service entities in Malaysia and Singapore on behalf of his Australian clients. Wee Keat was formerly the National President of the Australia Malaysia Business Council.

In recognition of his service and contribution in strengthening the trade relations between Australia and Malaysia, Wee Keat was conferred the honorary award of Johan Mangku Negara (J.M.N.) (Companion in the Order of the Defender of the Realm) by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King of Malaysia).

Wee Keat is married with two children, and enjoys travelling and fashion.


Hanne Dunning

Hanne is a Chartered Accountant (SMSF Specialist) with over 10 years of experience in both business services and commerce. She has extensive experience in self managed superannuation funds, business and taxation matters.

Her main focus is Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and is our “go to” person for all things superannuation. Her other areas of expertise include property development and medical practitioners.


Susila Krishnan

Susila has over 15 years of experience in accounting and taxation in a senior capacity.

She provides taxation and business advisory services to a broad range of clients, including professional services firms, R&D based organisations, family groups and SMEs.

Susi enjoys reading, cooking and travelling.


Christine Edwards

Christine is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has over 25 years of experience in the industry. She provides taxation and business advisory services to a broad range of clients. She has worked at Bray Chan for over 20 years enjoying long term affiliation with clients.

In her spare time, Christine enjoys cooking and travelling with her family.


Tania Crouch

Tania is a Chartered Accountant and has been with the firm for over 10 years. She provides taxation and business advisory services to a broad range of clients, which includes manufacturing companies, family groups and SMEs. She has over 25 years experience working in the industry.

Tania is an avid reader and enjoys being actively involved in her children’s school communities.


Michael Threadgold

Michael is one of our Senior Accountants. He is passionate about building close relationships with his clients and enjoys providing pragmatic solutions in tax and business advisory.

Michael enjoys having a good time and looking after his children.


Afsha Mirza

Afsha is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor who has more than 10 years of experience in the industry.

She provides taxation and business advisory services to a broad range of clients, which includes medical practices, family groups and SMEs.

Afsha is a red belt at Taekwondo and enjoys cooking.


Ruby Rosete

Ruby is a member of our Manila based team. She specialises in tax services.

She prepares Financial accounts and income tax returns for individuals and small to medium sized enterprises. She also specialises in Xero and MYOB accounting software.

Ruby enjoys travelling and watching DIY videos and short films.


Taylor Braggs

Taylor is an undergraduate member of our Adelaide-based team who is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Corporate Finance).

He provides taxation and business advisory services for a broad range clients which include family groups, SMEs and medical practices.

Taylor enjoys travelling as well as playing and watching sports.


Jane Bullungan

Jane is a member of our Manila based team.

She has solid knowledge in SMSF legislation. Her work on SMSFs include preparation of Financial statements, Annual returns, management and maintenance of client portfolio. She specialises in Class Accounting Software.

Jane holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.


Michelle Panagiotou

Michelle (AKA Millie) is one of the longest serving employees at Bray Chan. She leads our administrative team, and is our primary contact for ASIC matters.

Michelle is married to Peter and has two children, Kayla and James, all of whom are avid Port Power supporters.


Mikka Moldez

Mikka is a member of our Manila based Administrative team. Her skills include database administration, research and general administration work.

Mikka holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology.

She enjoys travelling with her friends and wants to visit different countries.


Shelah Trujillo

Shelah is a member of our Administrative team, and is Manila based.

Her skills include project management, communication & technology, research and planning.

Shelah holds a Bachelor Degree in Science, Majoring in Biology.
